this was one of the most challenging repairs I ever did as a technician. there was over 35 tears needing attention, this made the part very unstable. all in all I had about 8 hours total welding involved, plus the time to finish the repair and prep for paint. I figured I had about 12 total hours spent on this part which they could not get a replacement for at the time. between this bumper repair, the headlight I repaired, the grill was repaired and several other parts kept this job from totaling out the vehicle!
